【VDI21-023】PCoIP ソフトウェアクライアントのログ取得手順を知りたい。

1. PowerShell コマンドプロンプトを開きます。
2. スクリプトを実行するために PowerShell 実行ポリシーを設定します。

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope Process -ExecutionPolicy Bypass

3. サポートバンドラ―を起動します。
(1)以下ディレクトリに移動
C:\Program Files (x86)\Teradici\PCoIP Client\bin
(2)support bundlerを実行します。

./pcoip-client-support-bundler.ps1

4. ログの収集
support bundler が正常すると以下のディレクトリに Zip ファイルが作成されます。

C:\ProgramData\Teradici\Support\
